Deepening our connection to the life force

Prana directly influences the mental and emotional states, health and well being. Light is a form of prana we all know and we have experienced how it affects us. In this workshop with the light of midsummer time, you will be guided through yogic practices allowing you to consciously awaken, balance and redirect prana to influence the physical and subtle aspects of the body, mind and being. Awakened and balanced prana contributes to experiencing and expressing harmony, creativity, peace, ease and joy in life.

The workshop includes the practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, Prana Nidra, meditation, talks and discussion. Previous yoga experience is valuable.
